PRIMORIS SERVICES CORPORATION ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF DR. ROBERTO RUIZ AS PRESIDENT AND COO OF ONQUEST SUBSIDIARY

Industrial Technology Professional Brings Twenty-Five Years of Experience to the Firm

Dallas and San Dimas, Calif. (February 25, 2011) - Primoris Services Corporation (Nasdaq:PRIM)("Primoris" or "Company") today announced that Dr. Roberto Ruiz has been named President and Chief Operating Officer of OnQuest, Inc., the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary. A proven leader with twenty-five years of experience in industrial technology, Dr. Ruiz joined OnQuest in November 2010 and assumed full operational responsibility on January 1, 2011.

Dr. Ruiz previously was a Vice President at John Zink Company, first in technology and commercial development and then as business leader for the process burner group. He has worked in process design, environmental controls, fuels, gas separation, heat transfer, fluid mechanics and advanced diagnostics. In his managerial roles, Dr. Ruiz has been responsible for commercial development, international operations, and strategic planning for applications in the oil and gas industries.

Prior to joining John Zink Co. in 1997, Dr. Ruiz worked with the Gas Research Institute and later with Air Liquide, where he was commercial manager in the gas separation business. He earned his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota and his B.S. in engineering at the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Ruiz also earned an MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Dr. Ruiz succeeds David J. Baker, who founded OnQuest in 2002 and grew the company from a start-up operation to being a leader in furnace technology for process plants and petrochemical refining. OnQuest now has offices in four locations, including at its headquarters in San Dimas, California, at its Born Canada operating subsidiary in Calgary, Alberta, and at sales and project management offices in Houston, Texas, and Pittsburg, California. Mr. Baker transferred to Primoris, and remains a senior advisor to the management team at OnQuest.
